You can get those, along with the brackets to hold a DIN sized unit from your local Nissan dealership. Look in my thread

to see how my nav unit fit.
The faceplate costs about 10-15 bucks, the brackets are about 10-20 for each. Unfortunately, they're sold individually, not as a set.
