Would these speakers fit?
I want to add a nice little system to my car, nothing crazy, and was wondering if you guys could give me your opinion on these, i have an 03 w/o Bose w/o Nav:
I really like to hear high fidelity music and play MP3s off burnt CDs:

For the front:

Behind the seat:

Will all these speakers pop right in, in place of the stock speakers?
And TIA for your help guys.

the headunit will fit but sony is not my fav brand...
front speakres is a 6.5, but becareful with something as deep adn bulky as the kappa, you will need a spacer for sure to fit it...pretty much every 6.5" on the market will need some kind of spacer to fit...hence why i do kicks for people, hehe sounds better and no hassle of building a spacer into a bad speaker location.
the rear seat kapps will fit, but then again, kappas are not my favorite speaker at all either...
i would perosnally say concengtrate on your front stage and not worry about hte rear...

The front component sub is 5.25" according to Crutchfield. What is the dim of the stocker?
How hard is it replace the tweeters in our car and are there crossovers in the doors?
Instead of replacing both the tweeters and speakers in the front, can i just upgrade the speakers in the door?

Boston Acoustic makes a 6.5" speaker especially for the front doors of vehicles with minimal window clearance. The speaker is made shorter. They're not too much either. They sound excellent, even better on the right amp. high clarity!!!
It is easy to reach the tweets once you remove the door panels. The little black plastic bits pop right off. The front speakers are 6.5".
If you want to improve your listening experience, definitely invest in some custom kick panels. If you have never heard properly placed speakers (i.e. not in the doors) you don't know what you are missing. Infinitys are ok, but not really great. I had some and they only lasted a few years before they cracked severely.
Take a look at my system with the link in the sig. That's what properly mounted speakers look like. It is expensive but worth it.
Also, MP3 does not produce high fidelity sound. The sample rate is too small/compressed. Neither does Satellite radio, but it is a necessary evil.
I removed my rear speakers entirely.
Also, messing with the Bose system is kind of tricky. Bose is designed much different than other systems. Despite being a pretty good do it yourselfer, I let somebody else do it.
