Need Help Quick!!!!!!!!!!!!!
only one lil problem, when i put everything together i am not able to snap the upper part of the console in...
i look into the owners manual and it says that there should be a pawl there not sure what this is... anyway i am attaching a pic to show you what i mean.. it seems it is missing something there and the upper part does not stay tight in the dash... any pics, suggestions of how to fix it? i dont have an actual pic of it, i can take one though. basically it is probably a 1/4 inch out of the dash...if i force it in with my hand it will stay there for a second or two and then come out again...

If you could take a picture of the back, and one of how it is laying currentlly, there are also 4 metal clip nere the cubby opening showen in the manual there, I beleave the pawl is a plastic tab. See if something looks broken in that area.
yeah gotta take a pic...
the four metal clips near the cubby are all placed correctly...
it seems only the upper part to be having this problem.. i will try to take a pic when i get home after work

I also have a quick question - I will be putting my original (non-bose) sound system back into my car. What kind of screw (size) should I get to install the standard non-bose door speakers?
Also can I run my JL Audio components from the stock non-bose radio. I am trading in my car and I dont feel like removing the speakers if I dont have to. I just dont want to fry nissan HU... But if this will work I will just swich the HU and I will be done. I have glued the crossover covers - so either way they are worth nothing for me.
Thanks
EDIT: I just have the JL in front - the rear is stock
