Default Innovate Wideband problem

Ok so this afternoon I got a bud welded on my greddy evoTT so I can hook up the wideband sensor. A few hrs ago I started running all the wires and even got the XD-16 (gauge) to flash but I couldn't get it to display anything else. So then I thought it wasn't getting a signal from the XC-1... I double checked all the wires and they all seemed to be hooked up alright. ANyone experience something similar?

PS: I left the black, brown and yellow wires taped up and set aside.
