Default NE1 know a good place to buy JL Audi Subs & components?

I have been searching the internet, but believe it or not, many internet car audi sites don't carry JL Audio, or they don't have the specific sub I am looking for

looking for the infinate baffle 10 inch sub.. JL 10IB4
and a pair of 6.5 components
and a pair of 6.5 coax

and maybe a JL amp just for the sub.

Thanks

If you want to check out what's available, try www.onlinecarstereo.com, then once you know what you want look for a user on here named Nazar. He hooked me up on all my equipment, and he is extremely knowledgable on all the products he carries. I will soon be posting some nice pics of the custom box he built for me. It holds a single 10w7 and fits perfectly under the rear strut bar.

Here's a quick picture I snapped last night when I was test fitting the box. Sorry for the quality, my good camera needs batteries.

I picked up the following from him for a great price:

JL 500.1
JL 300.4
MB Quart RKC 116
MB Quart RSD 216
10W7 in custom box
Compustar 2WFM alarm

I will be installing all of this at our shop over the next couple of weeks, and I'll take lots of pics.

thanks for the reply, I did check that site, but they did not have the 10IB4 Infinite Baffle (free air) sub.

So if I PM this guy Nazar, he wouldn't mind? Does he own an car audio shop? authorized dealer and the such? Or does he just have a good hookup? either way does not matter to me, just curious.

THanks again for the reply, your system looks sweet!

He owns a shop, and he has worked on several 350Z'z. Not to mention he is a nice guy.

Nazar is the man!

I visited his shop and saw one of their installs on a 350Z. It sounded awesome. They also installed Andrew's (rouxeny) DVD/Nav. system and did a great job. As a matter of fact, they will be installing my system in a couple of months (need to save up).

Plus, I agree with Monkey Man that Nazar knows his stuff and is a nice guy.

Mention that you are a member of this site and he will give you great prices.

Good luck.

Monkey Man, that sub box is what I plan to get in a couple of months with the same speaker. Let me know what you think of your system when complete. Nazar recommended I go with the JL 1000/1 to power the 10W7-3 but I was leaning towards the 500/1. Let me know how yours sounds when complete.

Thanks.

The finish on the box is beautiful, they did a great job. We will be building an amp rack next week, and then we will put everything in. There is a chart on JL's website which lists the optimum amplifiers for each subwoofer they carry. They suggest the 500.1 for the 10W7. I will let you guys know my opinion after we finish the install.

Slightly OT, but I have a sub question. I'm not looking for the maximum volume out of a sub, personally, I don't always think that the bass should be the most predominant range in music. I listen to many types of music and am really interested in a system that sounds good mostly at moderate volumes and doesn't fall apart when occasionally cranked. Is the W7 still a good sub for me? I'm really not interested in shaking the car apart, I'd just like the system to be well integrated.

Back on topic, buy your JL stuff from Nazar. He carries plenty of it in the store and he will give you a very good price. I think he's pretty excited by the publicity he's gotten from this website, it's well deserved.
