Stock nav with Blaupunkt HU

Stock nav with Blaupunkt HU
Anyone have experience with a Blaupunkt HU specifically the Los Angeles MP71 or MP72. I have seen a work around to address the loss of the voice prompt. Just wondering if there may be a simpler solution.
