First time installation

First time installation
Friends,
I am in the planning stages of my first installation of Kenwood 6019 receiver/gps and Kenwood 8452 multi channel amp.
In the future when the budget allows it, I am planning to get dls component speakers for the front and maybe dsl coaxial for the back.
My questions are as follows:
1. FOR BEST QUALITY SOUND, Do I just connect the amp as a two channel to the receiver for the front firing speakers? Or Do I connect the amp to the receiver as a 4 channels to power up the four speakers.
2. When I upgrade to the dls speakers do I need to upgrade the speaker wires for the set up?
3. Any recommendations for rear or front view video camera?
I thank you in advance for your comments.

I scoped out the directions for that unit.
ftp://inform.kenwoodusa.com/MANUALS/KAC8452.pdf
You can hook up two channels to your fronts, and bridge the remaining two channels to a sub. I would go that route and use the power from the head unit for the rears. It wont handle a set of dual voice coil subs, but thats an upgrade later on.
If you dont want or need a sub I would use the amp strictly two channel and power the rears off the head. COncentrate your power on your front stage for proper imaging.
Replacing the stock wires isnt a bad idea.
no recomendations on camera's, havent looked into them yet, but there are some nice ones you could get that are integrated into a license plate frame if your not interested in drilling holes in the rear bumper to conceal.
Hope that helps

George,
I am by no means an expert in car stereo, but I have simililar plans to do the system my self, for the first time. And I'm always looking to gain more knowledge and experience in upgrading my own Z, too much money and hassels to pay others to do it.
I am in Pasadena as well, if you don't mind a curious body and someone to lend a hand to hold your door panels while you do the speaker installation may be we can meet. Let me know or PM me.

What I currently have installed are:
Eclipse AVN 5500
MB Quart Reference front components only.
I've paid to do the above jobs and now I want to do the amp and sub my self.
I'm planning on getting:
Kenwood Excelon KAC-X542, 4 channel amp.
Kicker CompVX 12" subwoofer, single.
Undecided on the sub-enclosure but most likely the ZEnclosure from ebay, or something stealthy.
Anyway I think it will be a fun project to work together on.
