Bose contacted me
They finally emailed me back and asked my city, state for their records. I guess they are documenting our complaints at least. Be sure to go to thier web site and write a quick message if you are unhappy.
Been there, done that 2 months ago...no response. Went to Nissan sponsored QA seminar last week. They payed $125 for 2 hours of time. Interviewed 6 of us at a time. Said they were aware of problem with Bose but didn't seem to want to talk about it. I think they will fix it for 2004.
