Default pioneer avic d2 -Help

So i bought the avic d2 and cant fathom paying 300 bux to have some yahoo tear apart my car.

Does any1 have a write up ( step by step ) so i can install this myself?

also, what parts do I need. All info would help me a lot.

Thank you

One more thing. I dont want to replace my stock bose speakers or the sub. I just want the nav. Will my stock speakers suffer?

aftermarket deck vs bose speakers? How good/bad will this sound when Im done.

it's pretty simple. go to best buy and get a wiring harness for Nissans and then all the colors pretty much match up. they also have a color code that comes with the harness so you know which does what. good luck!! oh yeah, getting the dash apart is relatively simple. i would link you to a DIY but the site is blocked since it's another 350z forum.

The POS speakers will still sound poor. It's really hard to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. In fact, IMHO, the Bose headend is the second best thing in the whole sound system. Here's my listing:

1. Antenna/RF booster amplifier
2. Headend
3. Rear speakers
4. Front speakers
5. Front amplifier
6. Subwoofer amplifier
7. Subwoofer speaker
