Guys...I need to get a new amp because mine just popped and started smoking in the middle of a road trip. I had a Precision Power DSX 800.5 amp and I just took it out of my car - its fried. Here are all the specs - http://www.precisionpower.com/amps/dcx800-5.asp . Anybody know an amp with comparable power output that I just just install in its place (preferably with same cords etc)? Or know of any places that can repair amps? Its mainly burned right around the power conductor - can that be repaired? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

 

My Precision Power PC-4800 went out a while ago and these guys fixed it up. Good as new and VERY reasonably priced..
