Question Anyone knows what the specs of factory speakers are?

Hello fellow Z fans:

I'm looking for info on what are the specs of the factory speakers (RMS Watts, Peak, etc)?

I don't have a Bose system.

Thank you,

Miguel.

i honsetly dont think the specs matter...i dont thinks specs matter on any kind of speaker for that matter

no speaker manufactuerer gives any tolerances on what those specs mean...

take a 50 watt rated speaker, if you feed it 45 watts of moderate distortion full range 0-20000hz, and take the same speaker and feed it 100 watts of clean highpassed (say 80-100hz and up), i bet the first sitaution will blow it up more often...

i have done system where i have fed each individual tweeter, midrange, and midbass, whcih are probably "rated" at 150 watts for the entire three way system, all over 200 watts RMS rated...nothing blew, and it sounded fantastic

anyway, sorry i didnt answer your question, but it sounds like you are almost triyng to find an amp to power them, and my strongest opinion is, dont waste your time...
