I want to buy the wife a sub (probably a 10") for her 2006 350Z as a Christmas present but Im not sure what to get. She has the enthusiast model without the Bose. I like the looks of the Zenclosure box for one 10" sub but what size amp would go with that size speaker? Ive been out of the audio buzz for a long time and would like some help.
I dont have a ton of money but would like decent sound.

I dont think a 10w6 and a 500/1 is a "budget" combo. Plus, I dont think the wife would appreciate how great of a system she's got. I would go with alpine for something decent and cheap. A JL 10w3 or an Image dynamics 10" IDQv2 would sound great (and under $200 bucks).

 

he never mentioned a price range....he just said he doesn't have a ton of money. That setup imo isn't a "ton" of money
