how to switch the outside temperature gauge display from F to C
#2
doesnt most people in the united states use fahrenheit more instead of celsius? i think Z's made for the US only displays in fahrenheit, and Z's in europe, japan and everywhere else use celsius.

I checked the manual and couldn't find anything concrete for the Z. On the G, there is a F/C terminal on the AC display that if grounded displays in C and if left floating displays in F. It looks like there is a simple disconnect to quickly change it over, but I didn't spend too much time looking at it.
There is a 'temp sw' on the Z, but I couldn't find any reference to what it actually does. It goes between the 'AC controller' and the 'unified meter and A/C amp.' If this is the correct wire, it would lead me to believe that that is a programmable option on the Z.

I believe that what Kpierson is saying is correct as I imagine that Nissan would not make two distinct triple gauge clusters. I have a US model in Canada and was hoping to find a simple answer.
I may have to take it out when I have my dash apart for my new sound system install, and have a closer look at the module (shown as a "black box" in the manual). Anything I find out, I'd be happy to share with other Zed/Zee owners
