Does any one have any experiance with ROCKFORD FOSGATE P2 Series 10" Punch Sub's?
The stats say it handles 250RMS and 500 peak.
I want to run two of them ( P210D2 ) off a KENWOOD KAC-8152D 1100 watt (550 RMS) amp which would give them 275 RMS and 550 peak.
Would this be an exceptable range above the suggested power? Is this too little of a difference to cause any addition wear to the subs over time, or should i be worried about damaging them?
I know it probably sounds silly to most audio guys being only 25-50 extra watts but i've only ever run subs under thier suggested range never over.
and i guess my follow up question would be, does anyone like these subs? the price is right and i listen to 90% rock/metal/alternative and I am more interested in SQ.

i run my rockford subs at 10% over peak power let alone rms
but my amps are rockford ,so the power is very clean
250 to 350 clean watts should be okay
