Default Pioneer AVIC-D2

What exactly do i need for this install? I used the SEARCH button and couldn't help me out.. I obviously have the Pioneer, and need the Wiring harness/Install kit, The IPOD kit and the rear view camera. Now what do i need/what do i need to do as far as using the factory Bose amp and subwoofer. Thanks

Check out Pioneer Forums. I have a D2 as well (Christmas present) and I've been browsing that forum for installation tips and what not.

I've found out how to bypass the system to allow use of the navigation functions w/o the parking brake engaged, how to upload your own backgrounds to the unit, and things like that. I think all you need for the install is the dash kit, wiring harness, the unit itself, and the factory radio brackets. I'll hopefully be installing mine Christmas day.

It has to do w/ grounding an extra wire and inserting a wire into the empty slot on the Pioneer harness. Check out the Pioneer forum under D2 Hacks/Mods and it'll explain.
