Default Navigation, to buy or not to buy

What are the pros and cons of a stock navigation system. I cant decide if I should get a factory nav or after market.

Go with aftermarket, much more for the $. However if you want the OEM look, then go with the OEM.

OEM will help with resale!

im sure it can be done but for alot of $$$. I dont think theres a single case where its been done tho.

Has anyone used the stock screen/controls with a aftermarket setup?
