Default Best components for bass ?

I am going to upgrade my system in two steps. I am thinking of going with the Pioneer AVH-P6800DVD for the HU and the ALPINE-PDX-4-150 amp to power the speakers. Later I will add a sub and another amp. I will put components in the front and coax in the rear. What would be a good brand to go with for speakers that will produce good bass without compromising highs? I am budgeted so please make suggestions accordingly. Thanks ( I was thinking of Alpine type R. I can get the SPR-17ls and the SPR-17lp for $219 delivered )

you wont get tons of bass with components, if you want cheap bass get a 3 way or 4 way speaker..component wise i prefer jl xr or polk pro's
