I dont know why that my tail lights are not working after i got broke in by someone.I've checked the light bults,they are fine .
Does it have anything to do with the stereo system??? Cuz the stereo was stolen and the lines back in the dashboard is like xxxx "you should know ".
Anyways , just wondering what can you do to fix it if it has anything to do with the stereo ??do you need a stereo installed to make the tail lights go on ?? by the way if you turned the lights on and the headlights are working as usuallll ..the brake lights also work as usual...dont why just the tail lights dont work ... please help ...

 

You could have an accessory or illumination wire shorting out behind the dash if it is touching metal or another wire.

 

Agree with THE TECH... The parking light relay is what controls the interior illumination so it is quite possible that there is a short in the circuit. If you want a copy of the wiring schematic to help troubleshoot, PM me your email address.

BTW... does your insurance company not cover any repairs required as a result of a break-in ??

 

Yeah~the insurance does cover it but the problem is the body shop sucks ....
They dont even know why .... well .. they sent it out and came back saying that i need my stereo to make it work which is weird . i dont think you need a stereo to make it work right ???? there must be something with the wires ...
so yeah please send me the picture of the wires ^^ ...thx
