Default 2 12" phoenix gold titanium elites

I just got my z about 3 months ago and I have quite a bit of stereo equipment laying around. I used to have 2 15" kicker L5s in my last car but they wont fit into my z. I have 2 12" phoenix gold titanium elite subs that I am thinking about putting in there. Since I have not yet had a chance to hook these bad boys up yet I was wondering if anyone has listened to these. I am planning on making a fiberglass box that will go in the space right behind my seats.

if your planning on putting 2 12's in your car i can imagine that you will have any trunk space left. i used to have 2 15's myself in a jeep and i loved them. now i've got 2 10's in my z. nice, but its just not the same.

@ jfair
The box is only going to be in the space between my seats and the strut so I will still have all the room behind it.

@wg~
What can I say....I have always been a basshead

Right now I have a 4k watt rms ma audio amp that I am thinking about using and I also realize that the rating on that amp is not a 12 volt rating. Since the subs are only 1000 watts rms each, I am not worried about powering them. I have plenty of eq to use on it as far as amps, caps, and such so they will be properly powered. I was just wanting to know how they were going to sound and if I would be better off going with something different before I start on my box.

the box that i have sits behind my strut as well and it is a tight fit. if and when you build a box that will house 2 12's behind the strut your going to have to post some pics. i need to see this thing.

Will do. As soon as I decide on if I am using the phoenix golds, I am going to start on the box(providing it gets to 50 degrees or more one of these weekends).
