Anybody know what the piece is called and how much?

The reason I ask is on my coupe, i had to cut the slot for the tweeter. When I sold my car, I had to leave my expensive components as part of the car.

Now with the roadster, I like to upgrade my sound but just planning ahead in case I have to revert to stock again.

Is it this item
