Default 5 Channel Amps. Worth Buying?

I am looking into buying a 5 channel amp to save space. Are they worth it or is it like buying a "shampoo and conditioner all in one"?

I was going to buy the Alpine PDX4-150 for the 4 speakers and another amp for my sub but I came across this on sale:

Looks like one amp to run all 4 speakers and sub at the same time. Save on space too. Any comments on this amp? Good or bad.
Can anyone recommend any other good quality 5 Channel amp?
Maybe this?

Pioneer has a nice one but it seems to only be available in the UK.

Kicker's 700.5 amp is great. I have it as well as another member (not sure if he's installed it yet). It's just small enough to fit in the OE Bose sub location, can supply all 4 speakers and a sub at decent power...everything I needed.

...I picked mine up at Circuit City - watch their specials, sometimes they dip well below online stores (and you won't have to pay shipping either)

Well here was my decision. I am going to run the rears CDT Audio CL-6EX off the HU. I will run the fronts CDT Audio EF-61 and the Sub Pioneer TS-SW1041D off this amp.

I am going to put the sub in the stock Bose spot and build a box for it. This sub only requires .35 to .7 cu ft. I am not looking for BIG thumping bass but I am looking to save trunk space.

if you're looking to save time, Nazar sells FG boxes that fit that area.

He also sells a corner box that goes in the hatch. I have one and virtually no trunk space is taken up.

Here's the glove box enclosure:
