Panels just got back from being painted. They even fit into their locations

cool, i assume its a two stage mold? one part hte top? one part the blue painted part? if you have seaprate molding pics of both taht would be awesome

Bing.. Its actually a 4 stage.. The vinyl part around the edge that doesnt match right now.. That is piece one.. That was the first part we molded. "Its the bottom layer.

The blue pieces are actually two seperate pieces. They lay ontop of the bottom layer and pressure fit into place.

Then you have the top layer which is the black pieces which extends into the strut bar.

This was just a test fit nothing was actually screwed into place and there is a plexi logo that goes into the top later if you see where the z logo was.

LED's will be placed ontop of the "sub box itself which will light up the plexi you see running down the black to light it up blue when you open the trunk.

Subs will be mounted inverted with plexi rings over the basket to hide all screws and the black carpet you see.

that and I just need to dye the vinyl still
