just install kenwood kvt717 and brain went dead
i got a kenwood kvt-717 off ebay. i installed and testing it with my new infinity components and a kicker L-7. it worked fine and i wanted to change one of my amps, so i disconnected and hooked up the new one and the display says "cable disconnected". i checked all wires, i had power in but no power out from my remote turn on nor anything going to ground. i called kenwood and they said the brain is dead. man what a bunch of crap. the thing worked for like 20 minutes total and then goes out. anyways anybody else have any ideas or input.
return it or contact the seller to exchange it
