I installed the door sill lights and have had most of the interior taken apart but it is back together now. I tested out the alarm and it worked. Then went for a drive to the gas staion and now it doesn't work. I can't figure out why. Can anyone help.

 

loose connection, bad grounding?

Okay, figured it out. Kinda by accident. I got in my car and turned the key and noticed the back hartch was open. So I got out and closed it. got back in my car and the hatch opened again. I had spliced the wire with the electrical from my back hatch. And it seemwed that with the power draw of the lights activated my rear hatch lock. So everytime I got out of my car the lights would turn on and open the back hatch which in turn wouldn't allow my alarm to activate.
