Newb question :

I thought I read somewhere that in the rear sides there are 2 precut sub holes? If this is true what size are the holes and wouldnt they sound craptacular because they are not sealed?

There are no wholes in the rar sides. However, their isa precut whole where the bose subs goes behind the drivers seat And yes, it would sound like crap there. Even people who put in sealed enclosures there, still complain about the sound quality....
