Default Headunit Colors

Ok I really don’t mean to come off as crazy but ...

Are there any good headunits out there which allow you to change the color of the actual buttons? Some, like the new pioneers allow you to change the display screen but not the actual button illumination color (stuck with blue). What I'm trying to do is make everything match the stock Z amber color.

So far I've found:

and

In the long run I plan to put in a sub and perhaps 1-2 amps, depending on how everything sounds and where I take the audio setup. Also I'll need at least 1 input and would like to keep the steering wheel controls. I have an enthusiast coupe so right now the sound quality really sucks.

Anyone have recommendations for headunits? Would prefer something to match the Z's interior colors but I don’t wanna get the above mentioned hu's and realize they suck or wont fill my needs for upgradeability.

I've seen a few of the pics of aftermarket HU's in the Z, they don’t really look all that bad. Still I’m a bit skeptical...anyone have any comments, am I just making things harder than they need to be?

Thanks all !

The Clarion nails the stock color, has aux in and 6x5.8v outs, time alignment, and has options for bluetooth, ipod and cd changer. It also has adjustable subwoofer outs and 2 band parametric equalizer. Frankly, reading about it makes

Sony used to make a color shifting HU but the Clarion I ended up with three years ago was way better than it was.

I went with the Clarion. As Chris points out, it is "feature-rich," and you can match the stock Z amber color exactly.
