1. Is the Blose stock HU better in sound/power output compared to Non-blose HU?

2. Will I get static/noise by hooking up Aftermarket speakers and amp to the stock HU?

I tried this on my Tacoma and I had a problem with static noise coming from the speakers even when my volume was at 0 . I want to keep my steering controls/stock look but Im still looking for improvement in sound. Im hoping to achieve this without changing the HU. Im not going to run a sub, just decent speakers. Mind you im not a audio junky, just want something louder/cleaner then the stock junk.
