Default In Dash DVD Player: Innovatek, JVC, or Clarion

I installed an Innovatek FD5 DVD player/TV Tuner combination when I did my double din installation in addition to my AVIC N1. The Innovatek unit has died and I am looking for some recommendations on what to replace it with. I want to stay away from low end brands such as Innovatek, Pyle, and Boss. The features I am looking for is the DVD and MP3 playback. TV Tuner is a plus but I see are only popular with low end players. Ipod and/or RCA inputs would be good too.

Looking for a player only, not a player with screen. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the info. I'll take a look at the JVC. Other models I am looking at are the Clarion VS755 and Kenwood KDV-S210P. Does the JVC model have last position memory? The Innovatek would forget once I powered it down.

yes (I'm assuming you mean that if I was watching a DVD when I turned off the car, and the next day when I turn it back on, it goes to the same spot of the DVD and continues to play).
