Default New HU

If I replace my stock Bose HU with a DD DVD player willI need anything else??? Like speakers or anyting for Bose sub???

Yes everything, if you want it to sound good. If you are only changing HU make sure you get the PAC ROEM-NIS2 or you will get a lot of hissing.

when you say hissing what do you mean? and what was that part you were talking about? i was thinking about replacing just my HU as well and i was curious what ppl mean when they talk about this problem and how can it be avoided?

The problem is the new HU will have a higher output so you need to lower this before it reaches the Bose amp. You will take care of most of this with a 4ch adj. line output converter or the PAC ROEM-NIS2. You can get this on ebay or do a search on the web. If you need more info do a search.

i just replaced all my system except for the stock bose speakers sub amp hu the works and have not had a problem just get it professionally installed or know what your doing and youw ill be fine.
