I would like to know as well. The bose radio comes with the hook up for it. What does Nissan use? I wonder if I can connect my external xm radio to the lead for the factory hook up? I think its like 350 bucks to get it installed by the dealer?

Yeah thouse are you only real options. In my experiance the FM mod is alright but tends to be a little lacking also doesn't look as clean as if you either switch to the bose or the aftermarket system. At the momment it would more than likely be cheaper to just go with the aftermarket system (if you looking for the clean install with the best sound that is), of if you dont mind waiting for a little bit both xm and sirius are bring out direct adapters for stock car radios (sirius already has one for select GM cars) but i dont have a tentative release date for either of thouse.

(sorry my spelling is bad and i dont have spell check at work so sorry spelled anything wrong)
