With the Bose system, is there an amp in the head unit that runs the 6 speakers and a seperate amp in the trunk that powers the sub? Or is the amp in the trunk powering everything? If so, it looks very small for that.

I found a thread that told me there are two amps, the sub amp is in the enclosure with it, from what I have read here. Does anyone have a service manual that tells what each wire does going into and out of the sub amp and the four channell amp? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
