Anyone know of a pre-fabbed, lightweight replacment for the spare that keeps the rigiity of the trunk floor. I don't have time to muster something up...this would be a cool weight saver esp since I need the stiffness for a sub box.

 

block of wood glued to the floor board might work.

 

there is a german company who makes these cool insert to use as more storage and deletes the rear trunk mat... it's just a plastic liner drop in.

I cannot recall the name but they make CF overlay kits as well.

 

The wood block thing is def doable...just thought there might be a pre-fabed insert thats made to fit....
