Is there any navigation program like that one in the U.S.? I really love how detailed that is.

I believe(correct me if im wrong) but xm nav traffic might be the best we have here..idk though?

Carrozzeria is Pioneer, so it looks like it is just an aftermarket setup...

I was looking around, and the only program that I could find that will work with gps and google earth is street deck, it allows you to put an overlay of their map ontop of the navigation.
