These pictures show the parking brake on the passenger side of the center console. All the other pictures show it on the driver's side. Wonder why the difference between the Fairlady and the 350Z? Any thoughts?

Cool

think ZCrazy's point was that these were originally pics of the Japanese version with right hand drive..the pics were photoshopped and flipped 180...notice the backward Z and the guages..thus the brake on the wrong side..am I correct on this Crazy?

Lightbulb backwards Z

Did you notice the Z on the steering wheel is backwards? Possibly image reversal?

Even if the pics weren't reversed, the brake would still be on the passenger side - no matter what. I guess this is done to allow Nissan to use the same console design in both cars - we get the one with the brake on the driver side, and any right hand driver car gets the brake on the passenger side, since the passenger will be, of course, where we drive.

Reversing the picture reverses everything - it doesn't change the location of the brake handle though - does it?

If you look at your info pack CD, the image of the interior is the same way. You'd think Nissan would catch this obvious screwup.
