Default Setting Bass to max in stock non-Bose system..any harm?

Hey guys,
Noob question here...I got the stock non-Bose system on my 07 and even though it does not have a subwoofer, when I set the Bass to 4 or 5 (max) i can actually feel the bass, and like another poster stated makes my rearview mirror vibrate.
My question is, do i run a risk of blowing the speakers by having the Bass set to max all the time? even if the volume itself is at medium level?
I do not play any rap so the bass is not kicking 100% of the time but some of my metal has some decent bass and I can literally feel it tru my seat when it's at 4-5. I love it, just want to make sure i dont risk blowing or messing anything up...
I guess I could play it safe and leave it at 3, I just love the "trough the seat" feeling when its set to the max. ...almost like a massage lol.

As long as the sound isn't distorting (overdriving the speakers) you are fine.

yes its safe. I think Nissan thought about that before putting a sound system in the car.

Bass setting at 5 for low to moderate volume, if you want the music louder, then down the bass to 3 and turn up the volume and the bass doesn't change, just teh music gets louder with that bass.
