I did this to mine!
I just went to car toys and got a headrest screen.
I had to use a dremmel on the edges a little so it could fit in but it just wedges right in the cubbie hole!

Then I bought a dvd player and just ran all the wires through the center console.

I use an FM modulator so it plays through my speakers.

I love it and it only cost me about 650.00. (installed myself)
