Im not sure whether this thread would generate much interest. However, im in the process of purchasing the Kenwood KVT-719DVD. This being a single din unit and driving my car in unsafe neighbourhoods, the chances for this unit to be stolen would be much less then if I were to order the Kenwood DDX7019 which is the double din unit. Personally, I like the double din unit considering that the double DIN units dont have this ugly pocket below the deck; which many of you may be able to relate to, but due to the aforementioned reason, this has inhibited my choice in selection.

So, my question is what have most of you done to your single din units to make them look more interesting? have you added units below the deck such as other electronics to fill the ugly gap/pocket below the audio/video deck? Im just curious as to what other members have done! any input would be great!
