Default 07 owners with Bluetooth questions

I finally fiddled with my bluetooth oday and got it working.
Does everyone elses suck? The people say I sound very far away. I know the microphone is at the mirror, but I thought the quality would be better.

Any suggestion? INput

I do all of Mercedes Benz Bluetooth for a living.

The Z is a loud car, even the Bigger high end models in the Mercedes lineup have noise issues when driving at 50mph+ The sound quality in the Mercedes Sports cars (SL, CLK, SLK is terrible as well since they are louder and not as solid as a S class for example)

Also make sure your A/C isnt pointed up towards the mirror. Besides that, your pretty much stuck with it the way it is

Conversations go well, so I know they can hear me well enough, but someone DID say it sounded like I was in a cave.
