how do i do it?

i looked at the service manual, but i cant seem to figure out how to pop out the window switch??

i got the screw behind the silver door handle...

but theres supposed to be another screw in the pocket of the black window switch assembly..but its not there?!?

remember, 2006!

 

I'm not sure if 2006 is the same as 2005, but if so, did you get the screw behind the silver handle you pull on to UNLATCH (behind the black trim piece) the door as well as the one behind the grab handle?

 

i dont think they are the same.

i did the small screw that is covered by a black rubber gromet thing..which is behind the silver door handle(what you use to open the door from the inside)

but theres another screw holding down the switch panel, which is supposed to also be hidden under a black plug and is located in the pocket of the door handle(what you pull on to close the door)

on the 06 theres no pocket..its just an open space that goes all the way down until the lower pocket of the door panel..so do i just pull on the switch panel??

gonna work on the passenger tonight..

guess it worked out since i am directly comparing stock vs component set while i drive today.
