I can't seem to find it but was wondering if anyone else knew how to do it.

 

Depending on if you have to pump it, or if it just needs to be one, you can just wire it to a toggle switch, or ground it out. Very easy.

 

when i used to drive a galant, i grounded the parking brake line by accident and it worked. try doing the same thing. I now have drivesoft and it doesnt need to be bypassed.

Just splice the parking brake wire into the ground of the headunit. The parking brake wire will being getting power and will trick the headunit into thinking the parking break is pulled.

 

the dual units require a pulse from the parking break, usually on for 5 seconds, off for 5 seconds, on for 5 seconds, off for 5 seconds, on and leave on. to mimic this you will need a switch one side connected to the brake input on the deck the other grounded. then treat the switch as if it were the parking break. you will have to do this everytime the ignition is turned on to inorder to view video.
