Hey everyone i was just wondering in the market for a alarm system..ive been looking at the Viper 5900 and the Clifford 50.5x and wanted to hears people opinion on which one is better.....thank you guys....for who responds to this post...

not sure if this helps at all but both viper and clifford i think are made by the same company directed electronics.

+11111 on the above posts. Comes down to which features you like...and which has the better looking remote case!! lol
Either should vbe good. I got the Viper 990; has Turbo Timer. remote start etc.

viper is to be there top of the line but they both are the same thing. i say just get the one that is better priced with the install

I have the Clifford 50.5x for over a year. It is a very good alarm

Clifford has way more features.. Like being able to programme it via laptop.

The brain is the same though.
