My dear friend who just bought her 2003 350z last month now has wireless internet access in her 350z. Question: Will the internet signal interfer with the radar detector? Any feedback is welcomed.

Cell phones and CB's set off radars....so possibly....Don't know.

 

It shouldnt because wireless internet is an fm signal like radio. Its real low on the spectrum. Radar detectors dont look for fm signals that low. I think they look for a focused beam. I want to know how she has wireless in the car. Does she have a satellite uplink like the way PDA's have to get internet? Then maybe a bluetooth antenna to send signal to computer. Hmmmmmm.....

And i wonder how much they jacked her for at the dealership if it was a dealer install???
