I want to replace my stereo, but I don't really want to do everything at once, I was thinking just getting a HU like an avic d3 for now...but will just replacing the HU make the speakers sound better? and will the stock bose amps and subs still run?

Not sure about that. Im actually going to swap my speakers first before doing the HU. Still debating if i want to keep the stock HU or replace with something else.

i put an alpine in mine. just the headunit will actually make it worse. u need to get 2 line converters and dial them in and it will make it sound a little bit better. mainly in the bass department
