Default DNX7100 screen not closing

Just recieved my DNX7100 today, installation was easy, turned it on, and here's the issue: When I push eject to insert a cd or dvd, and the screen tilts out to insert the disc, I put the disc in and the screen will not close. I've looked at the manual for any settings that need to be changed for this or if I am not pushing at button to tilt the screen back, NOTHING. Anyone have any similar experiences. I am really hoping its not a defect and have to send it back. Only way I can get the screen to close is to turn the key to off and after 20 seconds or so the screen will close..

So if anyone can help, thanks in advance!!

Found the fix!! Thanks to a little googling and some Toyota Tundra forum lol. When you first power on the Kenwood it runs a test to calibrate the screen positioning for your car, well I had plugged it in and it ran but then I disconnected it to finish up the cable management and plugged it back in, and it throws off the screen and it won't function properly or close when inserting a disc. What I did was leave the screen open when ejecting where it would stay stuck, disconnected the battery from the car, waited 10 seconds, then plugged it in, powered on the Kenwood, and it ran the calibration software again and it works fine!!
