newbie speaker question
Ok i am going ot be getting all new speakers. Now i know what speakers im getting in the back (infinity 62.5I). Well im a newbie at installing and i want to do the install myself. I was thinking of getting Infinity 6000CS for the front but I was wondering how much harder is it to install Component speakers over just normal 2 ways? Cause if its to hard ill just get either 62.5I or 63.5I.
Thanks
Thanks
Components complicate the installation a bit, as if you don't put the crossovers in the doors (it's recommended that you don't), you will have to run another length of speaker wire into the door.
ok i have changed my mind. I have decided to go with components and get my installer to install them...
Now I have heard that the stock tweeter is around 3/4 inch big. Most aftermarket tweeters are 1 inch. I was wondering if anyone has had success installing aftermarket tweeters in stock location?
Also in your opinions. Which is better for the money?
Alpine SPR-176A $125
OR
INFINITY 6000CS $100
OR
INFINITY KAPPA 60.5cs $150
Thanks
