Default Resonant Engineering Subwoofers

I've searched online and couldn't find too many reviews on the RE Subwoofers. Does anyone have Resonant Engineering RE Series Subwoofers. I was just wondering if anybody could provide some insight on the sound quality of this subwoofer.

Thanks

RE makes fantastic quality drivers. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about them.

RE makes great woofers. But from my experience the RE aren't worth the money. You would be better off with an SE or SX.

I had a 12" XXX on 1800 watts and it sounded great

I cant believe all of you guys have the XXX series in your 350z! those things are huge!

Those who heard the cheaper lines of RE Audio subs, which would you recommend...the SR series or the RE series subwoofers? I am only pushing 250 watts out of my Xtant 121m amp. The max box volume I can get is about .5 cu. ft. All recommendations are appreciated. I am looking for quality of sound over quantity of sound.

Thanks.

you guys should hear a single 15" XXX in a proper box. It's so freaking loud.

With those limitations, look at Image Dynamics ID and IDQ, great on low wattage, low volume (or even IB - infinite baffle)

I have two 12ID v.3 subs, but they wont fit in my trunk. I also had two 10" IDQ's but I sold that (bad move) about 4 years ago. I wouldnt mind getting IDQ's again, but nobody on Maui sells it, and I can get RE products at a good price.

Thanks

i use an RE Mt 12" for spl

sq you would want a RE MX , or RE XXX

you would need to remove spare and jack to house an enclosure in a 350 hatch with 2.50 to 3.25 feet net

ported

and you will need at the very least 1500 watts rms
