Too bad you live so damn far away... between this and you posting the front half of your car in the door pods thread, I really want to hear your car.
Y'know what? Just turn it up about half way and I can probably hear it well enough from here.
Speaking of the door pods thread... doesn't having a speaker right where your 4th pedal is kind of get annoying when you drive?

well truthfully the door pods are more bothersum than the kicks
the kicks are not an issue and you do not have to be to aware of were your feet are as they really do not get in your way
the pods reduce the amount of space you have to enter and exit car were your feet are concerned , and upon entry an exit you need to be careful not to hit them
pods are a bit of a pain kicks none
sacrifice room for sound it is a tradeoff
no different than any mod
gain some loss some

This is making me rethink my original plan of making my own custom doors. I'd be able to fit them in tighter to the door and also go with 3-ways. Sadly though I've never done anything quite like that (fabrication), and the pods are just so quick and easy.
I can just imagine what you're talking about though, I already scuff up the door sills and bottom of the door just with the stock panel. The only other way to get around that is lambo-doors.... but LOL.

they do sound great though
galss the whole door and paint like you said that works
and lambo doors as well
