Cool So the Z in gonna get me in trouble

What are the best radar detectors out there? Which is reasonable....tell me what I need. I have a lead foot and a need to accelerate quickly. I keep hearing escort and valentine one whats the difference? NFM showed me this one for like $300 and then wanted like 350 to install it.

I have a Valentine One and it's amazing. It tells the the general direction of where the police radar signal is coming from. Only thing is that law enforcement keeps upgrading their radar technology, which my Valentine can't always detect. In any case, I'm happy with my Valentine. One.

The Valentine One is the best radar/laser detector.

Law enforcement keeps upgrading their technology? The only thing cops use that you can detect is X band, K band, Ka band, and lidar and the V1 will alert to all of that.
