Default back up camera??

i just recently purchased a indash system and it has the option of a backup camera.. the question is where are you guys placing your cameras? besides the one that mounts on the license plate..

i would mount on interior rear window by 3rd brake light

Mine is installed using 3M double-sided tape, to the right of the hatch release button.

That's pretty nice... What camera is that, and how much did it cost? I am thinking about getting a new stereo w/backup video capabilities.

It's the Pioneer ND-BC2 backup camera. C ost me $200 on Ebay. Came direct from Pioneer.

I'm actually considering using touchup paint, to color match it. Thought it'd make it less conspicuous.

Oh, yeah, here's a shot of what the camera sees. Notice the spot behind the Z? The camera sees it too, so that gives an idea of it's viewing area. That's my brother's 04 GTO in the camera view. It's parked in front of the yellow VW next to the Z. Again, just to give an idea of the viewing area.
