I'm having an avic-d3 put into a 2008 base model... I know the right harness is the Metra 70-7550, but nobody around had one and my audio guy couldn't get one in time (tomorrow), so circuit city said the 80-7550 will work fine, the only difference is that the 80 has an extra wire: a universal wire that is used for cars that take this wire, but apparently I can just cut/tape it off, right? Will this harness work?
